But of course... why wouldn't you celebrate Oktoberfest in Turkey?! Hahahaha The German Embassy here has quite extensive grounds (they even have live horses, a huge garden and a cafe on the premises) and they have make it a tradition to celebrate Oktoberfest every year. This year I was lucky enough to get a ticket (they sell out VERY fast) and go. It was fantastic and I recommend it to anyone in Turkey (even if you don't drink... the food was fab, they had great music, a great crowd and lots of non alcoholic drinks). Here are some pics:
